BAPE® US accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original BAPE® dust bags and shipping box, ensuring all original hangtags and authenticity labels are attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
